Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon Signs First Three Bills Of The 2024 Legislative Budget Session

News ReleaseWyoming Governor Mark Gordon signed the first three bills of the 2024 Legislative session into law at the Capitol on Friday, March 1st.
The first bill signed by the Governor was Senate File 0004. (Click here to read more).
Sponsored by the Joint Labor, Health and Social Services committee, the bill allows retired firefighters to be rehired while continuing to receive retirement benefits, including a pension.
The Governor also signed into law Senate File 17, which deals with plane coordinates system-amendments (Click here to read more) and Senate File 15, which pertains to the acceptance of retrocession-federal military installations (Click here to read more).
The 2024 Wyoming Legislative Budget Session is scheduled to conclude on Friday, March 8th.
