Ron Richteruring his State of the State Address at the State Capitol in Cheyenne this week, Governor Mark Gordon addressed the joint session of the legislature by discussing the effort to improve K-12 education in Wyoming.
Gordon talked about the Wyoming’s Future of Learning collaboration that was launched last fall that began as a collaboration between the Governor, Superintendent Megan Degenfelder and the Wyoming Department of Education, the State Board of Education, and the University of Wyoming.
Gordon said they are seizing an opportunity to fundamentally change how the State educates students and creating the conditions so that every child can thrive in Wyoming.
