Aaron PalmerBuffalo Building Inspector Terry Asay told the city council that he has been invited to become part of the housing study group that is looking into the needs for local attainable housing and how to make it happen.
Asay said he is looking forward to helping with that group.
Asay also said work on the Comprehensive Plan is continuing and the consultant has been available to help with the land use plan portion of the document.
He has reviewed the Emergency Recovery Plan sent out to stakeholders by Emergency Management Coordinator Marilyn Connolly.
He make some suggestions and sent them to Connolly for review.
He said work is wrapping up on the county’s Hazard Mitigation Plan.
He is also continuing to work on renewing contractor’s licenses as the end of the year nears.
