Final Plat of Teal Spring Subdivision Receives Positive Recommendation from City Planning Commission

The Sheridan City Council at their June 19 business meeting approved on third and final reading an ordinance for the Teal Spring Subdivision Planned Unit Development that rezones 64.9 acres from B-1 and R-1 to a Planned Unit Development, or PUD. The Council will soon be considering a resolution for the final plat of the subdivision after the City Planning Commission gave their approval of the resolution. City Public Works Director Hanns Mercer.
The proposed PUD subdivision is located between Coffeen Avenue and Little Goose Creek, immediately across Coffeen Avenue from Sheridan College. The resolution will be considered by the City Council at an upcoming business meeting.
