WebmasterThe 65th Wyoming Legislature has come to an agreement on what the state budget should look like for the next biennium, after several days of delineation between the two bodies in conference committee. Local Senator Dave Kinskey explained what the differences were that needed to be worked through.
The local delegation was split on the final version of Senate File 1 with Representatives Mark Kinner, Cyrus Western and Richard Tass voting in favor along with Senator Kinskey while Representative Mark Jennings and Senator Bo Biteman voted against the measure. The file now awaits approval in the form of a signature from Governor Mark Gordon before it becomes finalized.
