VA will host the 2023 Karz Rod Run

The Sheridan VA Health Care System is inviting the public to The 2023 KARZ Rod Run.

While appearing on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse, Sheridan VA Public Affairs Officer Kristina Miller said due to the construction happening in the downtown area this year, the Karz Club needed a new location for the run and the VA was happy to step up. 

A Cruise-In event is planned to take place on June 30, at Black Tooth Brewery where people wishing to take part in the Rod Run will have an opportunity to register.

Miller said one does not need to be a veteran or have a connection to a veteran to attend, the event is open to everyone.

According to Miller, at the conclusion of the 2023 KARZ Rod Run, the cars will cruise through the VA grounds, giving veterans with mobility problems an opportunity to see the gleaming chrome, supercharger intakes and cars of yesterday.

The 2023 KARZ Rod Run will be held Saturday, July 1. This year’s car show will be held at the Sheridan V.A., located at 1898 Fort Road in Sheridan.
