Now here’s Sheridan Media’s look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on Feb. 27, 1920.

It was announced today that community meetings to be held under the auspices of the Sheridan County Farm Bureau will precede a general meeting of the bureau in Sheridan on March 13.

Two miners are in the county jail today, charged with conducting an illicit still, as a result of a raid at Dietz last night by members of the sheriff’s office.

The Sheridan County Electric company will shut off power from 8 until 9 o’clock tomorrow morning to make repairs at its plant.

O. A. Johnson has finished his buildings on his homestead near Clearmont. He expects to cement his cistern soon.
