Sheridan Commission Approves Yonkee Rezone

A rezone request was approved by the Sheridan County Commission for a property owned by West Sheridan Land Company, LLC for them to possibly use the parcel for new, multifamily dwelling units.

The Lots in Block 42 of the Downer Addition are currently zoned C-2 Commercial and the request was made to rezone to UR-Urban Residential, as explained by County Planner Mark Reid.

Commissioner Nick Siddle spoke in favor of the application.

A public hearing was held on the rezone with no public comment.
