Buffalo Council Approves Agreements for 2024 Main Street Project

During this week’s meeting, the Buffalo City Council voted to accept and approve cooperative agreement documents with the Wyoming Department of Transportation concerning the 2024 Buffalo Main Street Project.

The first agreement is an Authority to Render Services Cooperative Agreement, which Mayor Shane Schrader explains further.

The second agreement is a Context Sensitive Amenities Cooperative Agreement, which the mayor also explained.

City Clerk Julie Silbernagel reminded the council that the second agreement is a cost-share between the city and WYDOT with the city contributing $188,000 and WYDOT contributing $174,000 for the total of $362,000 in the agreement.
