JCHC Re-submitting ARPA Grant Applications for Construction Funding

The Johnson County Healthcare Center will be resubmitting their application for American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding through the state, after being informed that their original application had been kicked back to them.

At their meeting Wednesday night, CEO Luke Senden explained to the hospital board why the kick back happened.

Senden said the state kicked back over 90% of the applications that will be going through this process as well.

He said he is hopeful that the re-application will be successful and that the JCHC will get some ARPA funding from the state.
