Cottonwood Rezone

The Sheridan City Council will soon be considering an ordinance for the Cottonwood Rezone. The applicant, SSR Construction, Inc., is requesting to rezone 2.34 acres from R-3 Residence District to R-4 Residence District. City Community Development Director Wade Sanner said the property is located from 372 to 598 Frank Street in Sheridan.

Sanner said the properties to the east are mobile homes zoned R-4,  the properties to the north are single-family homes under the County’s jurisdiction, and zoned Urban Residential, the  properties to the west are multi-family homes zoned R-3 and  the properties to the south are multi-family homes zoned M-1. The City Council will consider the first reading of the ordinance to rezone the property at an upcoming business meeting.
