Copper Materials Stolen From Construction Site On Sheridan College Campus

Sheridan Police say a burglar made off with a number of copper construction materials from a construction site.
A media release from the Police Department says sometime Sunday afternoon (June 5th), the burglar forced entry into a secure job site on the Sheridan College campus, by cutting the locks on a gate.
The burglar then stole a 26 foot double axle enclosed trailer, which was recovered Monday morning, but all the copper materials inside were no longer there.
The value of the copper is estimated at $50,000.
Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to contact the Sheridan Police Department.

If it was truly $50,000 worth of copper, that trailer was grossly overloaded.
