Commissioners Schedule Forum on Affordable Housing

A public forum to hear presentations and ask questions on four proposed affordable housing projects has been set for next week.

The presentation will start at 5:30 p.m next Wednesday, Feb. 5, in the public meeting room – Room 210 – on the second floor of the Sheridan County Courthouse.

According to Sheridan County commissioners, the proposals that will be heard, in order, are the Morning Wood Estates Development, Trailside at Woodland Park, StoneRidge Meadows Phase II and the Schubert Resubdivision.

Presenters and developers of the projects are Dave Randall, Norwood Construction, for Morning Wood Estates; Jane Clark & Phyllis Flemming & Partners, Trailside at Woodland Park; Swayne Redinger, StoneMill Construction LLC, for StoneRidge Meadows; and Ron Patterson, Progressive Development LLC, for Schubert.
