Sheridan Commission OKs P&P Subdivision

Aaron PalmerSheridan County’s Commissioners voted to approve the P&P Subdivision during their meeting Tuesday.
The subdivision is a roughly 75-acre parcel that will contain 17 lots and two conservation out-lots adjacent to Paradise Park Road in Sheridan County, but within one-mile of the city limits of Sheridan, requiring the review and approval of the city council.
County Planner Mark Reid explained more about the the subdivision.
Commissioner Terry Cram spoke in favor of the subdivision.
The Sheridan City Council also approved the subdivision during their regular meeting on May 17th.
